Wallis style Chalet
The Chalet has two bedrooms which both hold two beds. A living-room with TV, DVD, radio, such as a kitchen with dishwasher and bathroom. In the built out floor under the roof are four more extra beds. The studio with two beds, shower, toilette, fridge, microwave and coffee machine has a separate entrance. The Chalet also has a washing machine in the cellar..
A 3000 m² large field with trees, garden-grill, a fireplace, a slide, a swing, a table-tennis table and a garden-house surround the Chalet. A terrace with lying-chairs in a sunny spot invite to stay. In total we have 3 backyard patios. For Your children we also have a lot of toys and entertainment all around the Chalet! In wintert, sledging on the own ground is possible.

The house is positioned in a place with a wonderful panoramic view. Away from any neighbouring noise or roads, safe for quiet children’s-games and parents relaxation. Also suitable for two family’s. (We do not rent to two strange parties).
In the further surroundings are lots of possibilities to go for a walk. Grächen is regarded to be secure for all winter-sports, as the ski-run’s are artificially covered with snow. In three car-minutes You are in the centre of Grächen. By walking Grächen can be reached in 15 - 20 minutes via a footpath. Shopping possibilities and three Restaurant are nearby.
Fifty meters away from the steps to the Chalet we have two reserved parking places.
